Rental Pricing:
● “Weekend” Wedding Package: ($2500) Rental on first day beginning at 11 a.m. through third day at 11 a.m. This pricing also includes the use of the upstairs Bridal Suite. This great value allows ample time for setup, decorating, rehearsal, ceremony, and tear down and cleanup with minimal stress.
● Friday or Saturday Wedding or Event Rental: ($1500). 9 a.m.-11 p.m. This price does include the upstairs bridal suite. Up to 150 people.
● Sunday or Weekday Wedding Rental: ($1200) Rental from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. This price includes the upstairs bridal suite. Earlier access may be available.
● Single Weekday Rental: ($475) Monday-Thursday event. 9 a.m.-9 p.m. This price does not include use of the Bridal Suite (+$150). Rental for more than 80 people or any event serving alcohol, add $150/$200.
● 4-Hour Weekday Rental: ($300) Monday-Thursday event. Four hour block between 9 a.m.-9 p.m. This price does not include use of the Bridal Suite (+$150). Rental for more than 80 people or any event serving alcohol, add $150/$200.
● 2 Consecutive Weekdays Rental: ($900) Monday-Thursday. 9 a.m.-9 p.m. This price does not include use of the Bridal Suite (+$150). If more than 80 people are attending or alcohol is being served, add $150/$200.
● Photography Hourly Rental: ($60 an hour for venue or $75 an hour for venue and bridal suite access) available Monday-Thursday between 11 a.m.-9 p.m. or other times, pending availability. Must be paid in full in advance. No refunds. Photographer may be required to show proof of license and insurance.

We have hosted so many fun baby showers, birthday parties and other special smaller events, however, please be advised that all weekends are reserved for weddings. Smaller events can be reserved within 6 weeks of the event date, depending on availability.
Friday, Saturday or Sunday — 4 hour block — $450 if booked within 45 days of the event date. If more than 80 people are attending or alcohol is being served, add $150/$200.

A refundable security/damage deposit will also be required for all events, based on the event type and other factors. This will be due by 30 days before your event, when full payment of total balance is due and must be paid via cash or check. This amount will be refunded in a timely manner after your event if there is no damage to The Bramble property and all rules are followed. We reserve the right to bill for extra time if you arrive early or aren’t out of the venue at your contracted time at $100/hour.

All rentals include full use of the prep kitchen (refrigerator, chest freezer, microwaves, coffee maker, sinks and prep tables), 150+ folding chairs, 15 60-inch round tables, 2 rectangle folding tables, three 8-foot dark wood farmhouse tables, one square dark wood farmhouse table, one matching dark wood sweetheart table, one round/oval wood table, lots of vintage and antique furniture (dressers, lounge areas, etc.), some decor, plus wi-fi. Sound and PA equipment available for an extra fee.

An event liability insurance policy with alcohol coverage or contracting with a licensed and insured bartending company may be required for events with alcohol.
