Package Pricing:

● Single Weekday Rental: ($475) Monday-Thursday event. 9 a.m.-9 p.m. This price does not include use of the Bridal Suite (+$150). Rental for more than 80 people or any event serving alcohol, add $150/$200.

● 2 Consecutive Weekdays Rental: ($900) Monday-Thursday. 9 a.m.-9 p.m. This price does not include use of the Bridal Suite. If more than 80 people are attending or alcohol is being served, add $150/$200.

● Friday Rental: ($775). 9 a.m.-11 p.m. This price does not include the bridal suite (+$150). If more than 80 people are attending or alcohol is being served, add $150/$200.

● Friday/Saturday/Sunday Weekend Wedding Package: ($2850) Rental from Friday at 11 a.m. through Sunday at 11 a.m. This pricing also includes the use of the upstairs Bridal Suite. This great value allows ample time for setup, decorating, rehearsal, ceremony, and tear down and cleanup with minimal stress.

● Saturday Rental: ($2,000) Rental from 9 a.m.-11 p.m. This price includes the upstairs bridal suite.

● Sunday Rental: ($1800) Rental from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. (Earlier access may be possible.) This price includes the use of the bridal suite.

A refundable security/damage deposit will also be required, based on the event type and other factors. This will be due by 30 days before your event, when full payment of total balance is due. This amount will be refunded in a timely manner after your event if there is no damage to The Bramble property and all rules are followed.

All rentals include full use of the prep kitchen (refrigerator, chest freezer, microwave, coffee maker, sinks and prep tables), 150 white chairs, 15 60-inch round tables, 2 6-foot rectangle tables, three 8-foot dark wood farmhouse tables, one square dark wood farmhouse table, one matching dark wood sweetheart table, 45 dark mahogany resin folding chairs, lots of antique furniture (dressers, lounge areas, etc.), some decor, plus wi-fi.

We have hosted so many fun baby showers, birthday parties, and other special events, however, please be advised that all weekends are reserved for weddings. Smaller events can be reserved on Sundays within 6 weeks of the event date, depending on availability.

Friday or Sunday — 4 hour block — $450 if booked within 42 days of the event date. If more than 80 people are attending or alcohol is being served, add $150/$200.

We reserve the right to bill for extra time if you arrive early or aren’t out of the venue at your contracted time. $100 hour.
